In order to enable us to access your system, you will have been given a 6-digit PIN number by CATSS support. Please only continue if you have been directed to by CATSS support.
With the 6 digit code entered, click on ‘Connect to CATSS Support’ to download a LogMeInRescue file that you will need to run.
The following notes will help show you how to find and run the downloaded file in 3 popular web browsers:
Edge
When the download has finished the downloaded file list appears in the top right hand corner of the Edge window. Click ‘Open file’ for the LogMeInRescue file at the top of the list to run it:
If you can’t see the Downloads list, click on the ‘dots’ button, top right of the window, and select ‘Downloads’ from the list.
Chrome
When the download has finished click on LogMeInRescue file in the bottom left hand corner of the Chrome window to run it:
If you can’t see the file here, click on the ‘dots’ button, top right of the Chrome window, and select ‘Downloads’ from the list.
Firefox
You will be asked if you want to save the file. Once you have confirmed and the download has finished, click on the down arrow in the top right hand corner, then click on the LogMeInRescue file at the top of the download file list to run it:
