As CT operators ourselves, we fully understand the pressures on your budget and the need to avoid open-ended and unexpected costs. That’s why CATSS is offered on a fixed yearly licence with no additional annual charges. So you know before you start using it exactly how much you’ll pay, regardless of the number of journeys booked with you.
What's more, we also appreciate how statutory organisations (e.g. local authorities) and charities are finding it increasingly difficult to raise funds. That's why CATSS user licences are discounted by 33% for statutory organisations and 66% for charities who also benefit from a 50% discount on our on-site setup and training fees.
Installing and configuring CATSS on your system takes four days. This includes:
The cost for this, as given below, does not include expenses (travel, subsistence and accommodation), which are charged at cost and can be quoted in advance.
If you’re part of a larger organisations and need to train more than three people we may require additional days and we’ll agree the cost with you in advance.
Please also allow one additional day if you require KITTENS or the Sage/Xero accounts link.
Our costs include year round support via a national rate telephone line, interactive live support system, remote login, telephone contact plus all updates issued during the licence period.
We’ve made CATSS easy to use and understand. But additional training is available at a cost of £910 per day (£455 for charities) plus expenses, for one trainer. Off site work including customised reports, server moves, enhancements etc is charged at £200 per hour (£100 for charities).
All prices shown are effective from 1 st February 2024 until 31st January 2025 and are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
CATSS is easy to learn, with excellent software and support. The Reporting, Mapping and Manager/views are especially useful. It’s vastly improved our service and I’ve recommended CATSS to others.
